We rented a bounce house/water slide for the weekend while family was in town. Jump & Play Upstate delivered as promised, and the unit was in great shape and clean. They communicated their arrival time, showed up as planned, and set everything up for us. We added the tarp for under it, which I suggest to do for the $15 add on (unless you have your own to use).

Highly recommend!

I cannot put into words what a life safer Jump and Play Upstate is. My original inflatable no showed ( another company) 1.5 before my party. Lorenzo received my call and arrived to set up within 45 min. They literally saved the day. What a great experience and amazing service! Priced well too even though it was last minute. I highly recommend.

we had the best experience! the water slide was the star of the show and most importantly, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! that’s saying a lot in today’s society. we will 1000000% be repeat customers!!!

We recently rented from Jump and Play Upstate and had an amazing experience from start to finish! The inflatables were clean, in great condition, and a huge hit with the kids. The setup crew was professional and on time, and communication was smooth the entire way through. They even went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend them for any party or event — we’ll definitely be booking again!

Wonder experience using Jump and Play upstate. Lorenzo was very communicative and helpful throughout the process! My 6
year old had a wonderful birthday! Would definitely use again & recommend!!

We had an amazing experience with Jump and Play Upstate! They brought out 6 inflatables, and everything was set up perfectly. The owner was absolutely the best—super friendly and great with the kids. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a company like this. We’ll 100% be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!
